In this class we will learn the Wedge Star tool to make log cabin style blocks using the twisted wedge star technique!

| Skill Details: | Confident Beginner These classes are designed to further develop your quilting skills. The projects are picked with the skills to be learned in mind. We try and rotate the skills taught. For example, half-square triangle, flying geese, strip-piecing. These classes are great follow-up classes from the True Beginner classes. Advanced Beginner An advanced beginner class is for those students who are comfortable with rotary cutting, pre-class prep work, and with their machine. Usually there is prep work involved to be done outside of the class. These classes usually involve a project to be completed at home after skills are taught. |

| Instructor Bio: | Mary Rhodes is from Lee's Summit, MO. She has been married to Doug for 34 years and they have two grown children, Megan and Clayton. In addition to being an avid photographer and volunteer for various animal charities, Mary runs a project management group by day. Mary has taken multiple year-long classes focused on rulers and accurate piecing. She has completed Tucker University, Grids Girls 1 & 2 (Creative Grids), and has gained proficiency with other rulers such as those through Sew Kind of Wonderful. |
