Portrait Workshop - Sept.
Who wants to learn how to make a portrait out of fabric? This is a 2 day workshop 9:00am to 5:30pm each day.
(No this is not printed on fabric ).
Using various techniques, Carol has refined her process in creating these portraits with ease. We will cover everything from what would make a good photo, picking fabrics, to end quilting (or no quilting options) & everything in between!
Fabric selections will be done in class. Portraits can be finished with sewing techniques but sewing is not required. There will be shown 4 ways to complete the project, 2 with sewing machine & the other 2 with no machine is needed at all. One doesn’t even need to know how to sew to do this project.

Materials Included: | Portrait prep done by teacher prior to class |
Requirements: | Students will need to email, mail or even text the teacher 4-5 high resolution portraits & she will choose which one will be the easiest to work with. She will then bring the photo ready get started with in class. |
