This class is suitable for confident beginners and up—basic quilting knowledge and familiarity with rotary cutting and sewing machine are recommended. By the end of the class, students will have made significant progress on their quilt top and gained techniques they can apply to future projects.
This quilt pattern uses 5 yards of fabric. Fabrics will be chosen at the beginning of class with the teacher as guide. Focus in this class is understanding contrast of color and size of patterns -a basic quilting skill needed to build a solid quilting foundation on.
