The Holland Pouch
The Holland Pouch by Center Street Quilts is a quilted boxy pouch. This is a great class to take if you are wanting to learn to make bags. Afraid of putting in a zipper? This is the perfect time to practice. The bag is simple and fast: something that even a beginner could feel confident making. No bias binding, finished edges inside, and only straight line sewing (no curved seams). The bags come in 3 sizes. The Holland Pouch pattern has three size options, each of which only uses three fat quarters of fabric. We will be making the large bag which measures 8" w X 6" h X 4 1/2" D.
You may bring your fabric already quilted together or the teacher will go over that in class if you want to do it in class.
Pattern is required. If you already have the pattern choose option for class without pattern.

sewing machine - 1/4" foot, zipper foot
walking foot (optional - and if you are quilting fabric)

pencil or marking tool
pins
scissors
binding clips
seam ripper rotary cutter
mat
ruler
thread - neutral color and color that matches the accent fabric
