Cancellation Policy
- 60 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE: 100% refund
- If the reservation is cancelled sixty or more days prior to the first rental date, the entire reservation cost will be refunded.
- 59 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE: 50% refund
- If the reservation is cancelled 59-30 days prior to the first rental date, 50% of the reservation cost will be refunded.
- 29 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO RENTAL DATE: NO REFUND
- If the reservation is cancelled 29 days or less prior to the first rental date, none of the reservation cost will be refunded.
House Rules
- Check in is 2:00PM to 4:00PM on first evening.
- Check in at Hunters Quilt Mart at 573 NW US Hwy 50, Centerview, MO 64019 to pick up keys.
- Check out is 11:00AM on last day.
- Maximum guests: 9
- Minimum age to rent: 21
- No children allowed: ages 0-20
- No pets allowed
- No events allowed
- No smoking allowed on the premises
Damage and Incidentals
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
